Our Online Stability Strength Class is specifically designed for individuals recovering from injury, have hit a training plateau, or want to up-level their training game and see progress in sport.
These classes are about finding your TRUE CORE. Whether you’re an elite or recreational athlete, this course will help you see progress, feel in control of how you move and enhance your sport performance.
With an optimal alert and engaged core, we see injury prevention, improved recovery times and success in sport performance.
1. The Breath: 1 Class Understanding the Breath with Movement.
2. The Pillars: 3 Classes Understand how to activate the Deep Inner Core creating immediate stability.
3. The Movement: Foundations: 8 Classes (15 minutes each): Quick and effective sessions focusing on activating and strengthening the deep core, inner hip, and pelvic floor muscles. Perfect for building a solid foundation without overwhelming your body.
4. The Movement – Advanced: 5 Classes (35 minutes each): Extended sessions designed to challenge your core strength and stability. - Comprehensive routines that integrate core strength with overall body stability, targeting the inner core, hip, and pelvic floor.

Equipment Required (not provided):
Start with the first class and progress as you are able. It is recommended participating in these classes two to three times within the year especially during pre competitive and competitive times of the training season. These times of the training season require an alert and competent core essential for sport performance and injury prevention.
It's always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider to medically clear you for activity.
While participating in this program, listen to your body. Pay attention to how your body feels during & after exercise. If something feels uncomfortable or causes pain, modify or stop the activity.
