It is recommended this program begin at 8 weeks postpartum. If you find yourself starting this program several months or even years after you delivered, that is also okay. It is never too late to reconnect and find our core and pelvic floor strength!

It is important to allow yourself time to heal from the delivery alone as it takes longer than we think. Often, the tissue healing phase for a vaginal or cesarean birth can take 10 to 12 weeks to heal from just the birth alone. This first few months should be a time for you and your body to rest and reconnect. The first 5 videos will help you do just that helping you find alignment and reset all while connecting to your pelvic floor. It takes time to build something important.

It is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider to clear you for return to activity.

Postpartum recovery is a gradual process, and everyone's journey is unique. Be patient with yourself. Give yourself grace to move slowly, listen to your body, and prioritize your overall well-being as you gradually reintegrate movement back into your life. If something feels uncomfortable or causes pain, modify or stop the activity. Trust that your body will regain its strength and connection with time and consistent effort.
